Last week Juelz Santana’s studio was raided and his friend Toby was arrested on gun and drug charges. Now Police have taken Juelz into police custody in connection with last weeks raid. The arrest came about as a result of a ten (10) month investigation conducted by members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Gang Unit. Bergen County Prosecutors office issued a Press Release with details of the case.
Santana has been charged with four counts of gun and drug charges and was taken into police custody earlier this afternoon. His bail is set at $125k. (via rapradar)
I'm not sure what sparked this woman to go on a rant about Black Americans and black women in particular. It appears she is bothered by interracial relationships. She's getting LOT of attention online and INSIST her opinion is the opinion of all Non Black Americans. Its really sad to hear a minority Ethiopian woman who appears to be well spoken and educated yet very ignorant have this point of view on Black Americans.
She says Black women are not normal women, they are damaged and desperate and the most dangerous type of women to date. She say's Dating a black women equates Failure. She also says.. Black Americans are the lowest of the low and NOBODY aspires to be like Black Americans. Is she aware that she comes from a country that is the second-most populous nation in AFRICA? Furthermore... is she even aware that in the eyes of society, she IS a Black American Woman? SMH!
I'm not sure why this woman should be given the time of day... who is she? does her opinion even matter? is her opinion REALLY the opinion of ALL non-Black Americans in the US? Take a listen to what she has to say... then PLEASE read my thoughts below.

NO one aspires to be like black americans... Oh Really? maybe she should tell that to the thousands of Medical students around the world who are studying to be surgeons like Dr. Daniel Hale Williams who was a African American cardiologist that is attributed with performing the FIRST SUCCESSFUL SURGERY on the heart... he also founded Provident Hospital, the FIRST non-segregated hospital in the United States (black owned & operated).
NO one aspires to be like black people? Maybe she should tell that to the MILLIONS of people around the world who buy Rap Music and try to imitate the Hip Hop community in every way from fashion, speech and lifestyle.
Maybe she should tell that to the MILLIONS of non blacks who voted for Obama to be President of the United States.
Maybe she should tell that to the thousands of kids outside the black race who aspire to be the next Michael Jordon or Kobe Bryant...
NO one aspires to be like Black American Women? maybe she should tell that to Oprah's most loyal core fan base who worship the ground she walks on..
Maybe she should tell that to all the Non Black women who are aspiring to run a Fortune 500 company like Ursula Burns who has been named the new chief executive officer of Xerox, making her the first African American woman to run a Fortune 500 company.
NO one aspires to be like Black Americans? maybe she should tell that to the MILLIONS of people from ALL races who sit in the sun for hours to make their skin dark, or the thousands of women of ALL races who get lip injections to have fuller lips and butt injections to have a shape that is natural to african american women... the list goes on.
Black people... God knows we do have our faults and we have and A LOT more work to do on bettering ourselves and our communities... as does many other races... but to say that African Americans are the lowest of the low and no one aspires to be like us is absolutely false.
Clearly this woman is VERY insecure, ignorant, jealous and VERY threatened by Black American women ...i'm not sure why her opinion should matter to anyone at all but i thought i would address it because she is getting A LOT of attention. SMH
Speaking via statement just days after making headlines for being hospitalized with kidney stones complications.. Hip-hop pioneer DJ Kool Herc states his views on health care.
"We live in one of the superpowers of the world!" Herc said in a statement to MTV News on Tuesday (February 1). " 'Give me your tired, your poor ... ' and then you don't take care of them? There should be no weak ants in the colony. There shouldn't be anyone fighting for health care! This has been going on too damn long! We fought for 1520 Sedgwick to get landmark status, and in 2007, New York State officially recognized it as the 'Birthplace of Hip Hop'. Now we are fighting for health care not just for me, but for everyone. I see this situation as another quest for me to shine light on a sensitive issue for the community. I'm an instrument of God. Herc's situation again puts a spotlight on the need for health care — not just for celebrities, but for ordinary citizens as well. MY THOUGHTS: i don't think any human being in a life or death situation should ever be denied treatment because they don't have health care or because their health plan doesn't cover the treatment. It's inhuman and unthinkable to just let someone DIE because they can't afford treatment. Where's the compassion for life?

Yeah, we were. In the beginning, things were great. There were a few infidelities here and there. We had ups and downs, but we didn’t get married until after I was out of the NBA. We had a lot of great times. It’s only been lately that things are going south.

Tyler Perry has turned another one of his hit stage-plays into a full-length movie, and here is the official poster (released just moments ago) for Perry’s latest film “Madea’s Big Happy Family.” The movie stars Tyler Perry (as Madea), Bow Wow, Loretta Devine, Lauren London, Teyana Taylor and others.
And for all you “Madea” fans out there, Brown and Cora (played by David and Tamela Mann) will also be in the movie, along with Cassandra Davis (from “House of Payne”) who will play Aunt Bam (just like in the stage-play). “Madea’s Big Happy Family” hits theaters April 22nd.

This story has been sparking major controversy across the country. A mother in upscale suburban Tampa, Florida neighborhood has admitted in detail to killing her two teen-aged children. she murdered her son on the way to Soccer practice, shot him in the head multiple times, then retuned home to shoot her daughter in the back of the head while she was on the computer doing homework. She said the Kids were mouthy to her. People are divided over this... some people have compassion for this woman while others are saying she needs the death penalty.
The family appeared to be happy, at least according to friends — and they appeared to glow in photos posted online. The two teens were described as well-mannered by family friends. In several family portraits on Parker Schenecker's Facebook page, the four posed, smiling and relaxed.

"She did tell us that they talked back, that they were mouthy," Tampa police spokeswoman Laura McElroy told CNN affiliate WTSP
Police checking on the family at the request of a relative found Julie K. Schenecker, 50, on the back porch of her home Friday morning, dressed in blood-covered clothing, according to a police statement.
They found her son, Beau Powers Schenecker, 13, dead in the family's SUV, which had been parked in the garage, the statement said. Calyx Powers Schenecker, 16, was in an upstairs bedroom, also dead.
