Roman numeral 4 is IV, Jay and B have matching IV tattoos on their fingers. Conspiracy theorist believe that's part of how Blu IVy got her name... Hmmmmmmm.

Me being a person who also follows numbers and their meanings... I can see why 4 is special to her. Jay Z's Mom had a few nice words for Beyonce today...
