TLC Chilli talks dating & wanting a man who can afford to pay for their vacation

tlc chill talks dating down
Is this surprising? In a recent survey, 79% of women said if a man makes less than they do the relationship won't work... meanwhile 68% of men said if a woman makes less money they are fine with that.

Chilli from TLC got in on the discussion and made it clear... women don't want scrubs and every woman should be picky.

She also said that if she goes on a trip with a man he should pay for it, and if she has to come out of her pocket and pay for half, then she'd rather go with her girlfriends.

I asked some of my male friends about this subject and they ALL agreed with Chilli that the man should pay for a trip (especially in the beginning stages).

When asked if she would date DOWN by being with a man who makes less than her, she responded:
“I’m very picky, I guess you want to call it that. Here’s my issue with ‘dating down’ – it sounds bad, it makes us seem shallow — the problem with dating down[...]I think that for a female, no matter how much money you make or not, every woman wants to feel like a princess, you know.

I don’t look for a guy to pay my bills, I can pay my own bills. I can do a lot of things for myself. Thank God I’ve been blessed. But I would love to go on a date with a guy and he pays for it or we go on a trip together and — if I have to pay half then I need to go on that trip with my girlfriend, not a dude. I’m just saying." -Chilli via necolebitchie
