Steven A Smith says don't rush to judge Chad... talks Evelyn Lozada's violent history

ESPN's Steven A. Smith and Skip Bayless are giving their opinions on the Evelyn Lozada and Chad Ochocinco situation. Steven feels that people should not rush to judgement against Chad because Evelyn has a history of violence.

I'm looking at reality TV, i'm looking at the character that she [Evelyn] plays... the way that she conducts herself on TV.

He [Chad] is not innocent in all of this he was probably foolish a s all get out... and he's paying the price for it, but lets not sit back and look at him and say "oh my goodness, this is all that it is and that's it". cuz we don't know what happened, but we do know her [Evelyn] reputation because it proceeds her because of how she has elected to conduct herself in front of all of us.

Evelyn released the following statement: "It is with great sadness and much trepidation that I release this statement addressing the domestic violence incident that happened this past Saturday. I am deeply disappointed that Chad has failed to take responsibility for his actions and made false accusations against me, it is my sincere hope that he seeks the help he needs to overcome his troubles. Domestic violence is not okay and hopefully my taking a stand will help encourage other women to break their silence as well. I’m grateful to my family, friends and fans for the outpouring of support during this difficult time".
