A part of me feels bad for Olivia. As a writer myself, I know what it feels like to perceive that your efforts and output are being devalued. It hits at the self-esteem and causes a less than impeccable response if one has no understanding of humility.

What I had to do, instead of focusing on "them" 'not getting it,' I had to look inward and see what *I* was not getting. What Olivia needs to understand is that *everybody* is not missing something and she needs to look inward. If the man is saying, "The public wants to know YOU...not who somebody ELSE thinks you are...but what YOU KNOW about you...folks want to be let IN," she needs to take that and roll with it. Either way, she's got to come off the defensive because it's offensive to be so snotty when someone is willing to GIve her ANOTHER chance.

For Chrissy and Nancy, it's refreshing to see Nancy conduct her as an adult and equally nice to see Chrissy be a grown up about it, too. She was receptive and that's good. They got they're big girls panties on. I'm diggin' it. AND Chrissy helped to save her t-shirt order! Yay.

I love the LOVE. It's about time Jim put it down and took a stance. ...seems that's all it took. Gotta love it!
